Porto Veleiro Location: The new Hotel Pousada Porto Veleiro is unique in its genre here in Cabo Frio and it has been opened since beginning of December 2007 under new Italian Management. We are happy to welcome and offer International tourists as well as Local ones an unforgettable stay of absolute relaxation in a hotel which has been completely renovated in its style, management and services. Accommodations: The property, which has recently been restructured and renovated, disposes of all the comforts that a 4 star hotel could offer, as well as the kindness and experience of a qualified personnel. The rooms (13 standard rooms, 8 sea breeze rooms, 1 ocean view room and 2 four bedded rooms) have all been restyled using pastel and soft colours and include air condition system, small fridge, telephone and a satellite colour TV which allows to watch International programs. Restaurants and Bars: The running of the hotel reserves a special and unique combination of Italian gastronomy blended with typical Brazilian dishes, both prepared by our Italian and Brazilian chefs, which can be tasted in our three different restaurants: Leisure and Services: The common area facing the canal disposes of several services such as 2 outdoor swimming pools (one for children and one for adults) and a small private beach with sun beds and towels at disposal. The new hotel also offers a conference room for conventions and cinematographic projections, canal-side parking, sauna, beauty and massage services (on request) and a shuttle bus service to the various beaches along the coast and of course to the city centre.
